Swollen Breath
The more I sigh,
The more I exhale the pain
As it hovers close to my lips
Before dissolving
Into the unaware.
Forget it,
They’ll never care.
The more I breathe,
Reminds me that I’m still
Caught in reality.
Filling me down with despair,
I sigh again.
