When it Rains

Everytime we argue, we create a storm.

You say things you don't mean- please don't make a scene.

Those vulgar words you say, I wish they could be unheard.

And as we separate- the clouds they turn grey.

Everytime I hear the rain it soothes me in some type of way.

You disappear, where'd you go my dear?

Everytime I hear the rain, it clears my head and I get away.

From you my dear, why'd you disappear?

When it rains, I feel glad.

When it rains, I get detached.

When it rains.

When it rains my tears blend in,

Your existence is nothing, but a dim.

I know it's not supposed to end like this.

When I pushed you away, I really wanted you to stay.

When the sun comes back out, my thoughts begin to shout.

I thought I was over you

But my cell rings and I'm hoping it's you.

Oh god, I wanna forget about you.

Why am I holding on this long?

Look I know we don't belong,

But my heart's attached to you like glue.

Yet, although it hurts, I won't take you back.

If you miss me too bad cause..

When it rains I feel glad.

When it rains I get detached.

When it rains.
