VIncent the Soul Saver

All my life I have been told

"Friends make life worth living."

This always confused me

What if you had no friends?

While I pondered this question,

You swooped from the unknown.

Taking me hostage into your loving grasp.

You are the one person who I fully trust,

The one who helped me figure out myself

Who cried with me, and

Sang with me.

And told me, above all,

That I matter.

Vincent you are a perfect person,

The perfect mentor,

The perfect friend.

When I am with you

All of my anxieties vanish into the air around us.

You have never cared what state of mind I have reached,

You still love me

And I you.

You alone have made my life worth living.

You have truly saved my soul.
