Hair like ebony fuzz upon her head
With ancient dry skin drooping down her face
Square spectacles frame her weary eyes red
Tired from the toil she must embrace
Ashy, hairless arms splotched with burns and scars
Protruding crusty joints and deafened ears
Her swollen pale feet and legs straight as bars
She longs for the beauty of her youth years
Fantasizing of what used to have been
Its essence part of her body no more
Only her youthful soul remains within
Appearing only with the two she bore
They put her grin in place of her glower
And blot the scars life has drawn upon her
