For Us

Location

A man came from His throne to give life to those who should've been left alone

The Light of the World that some had never even known

A Father giving up His only child to a planet so lost

His fate between two theives nailed on a wooden cross

Scars in His hands and pierced in His side

His clothes gambled off from romans laughing at the sight

A lonely place where it seemed all had turned against

And all He could condense in His last couple breathes

Father forgive them for they know not what they do

Died, to give us a second chance

Scars, to show trials can be surpassed

Risen, to show that evil never lasts

For you

For me

For US.
