Greying to the darkest shade under the sun,

When all the children have made their fun,

Out of sticks and White pine boughs,

Crimson has fallen, one with the ground.

Douglas Firs with stars atop,

Assorted goods, in one’s socks,

Douglas squirrels in trees about,

Pouring out of the consumer’s mouths.

Lovers hide out in the shade,

Cast by tables, that you had made,

The candle wax drips from the ancient sconce,

The lighting is perfect, the ambiance.

Will you choose but to forget?

Will you be a hypocrite?

Will you choose to take pleasure in things unholy?

You have lost your love, the slyest coquette.
