Untitled

Wind against these walls

And the silence goes unbroken

Save for my own breath

How are we such strangers now

So different

I’ve known you all my life

You meant the most to me

And still you mean so much

Yet you shock me every time

And I can’t believe that it’s still you

Wearing the face I loved so dear

Spouting words of hate and fear
