Today you only live it once

Is it looking into your past?
Is it comparing your past with your present?
Looking into your past is not the issue.
Looking is living your past again.

Why do you travel to your past?
Was your past better?
Was your past happier?
Was your past healthier?
Were your friends better?
Do you miss someone?

The struggle lies in comparing your past with your present.

"Living in the past is like driving a car looking at the rear mirror."

You should drive looking at the road ahead!
Your life has changed!
Accept reality!
You cannot control everything.

Do not concentrate on negativity.
Keep your eyes on the road ahead.
Find a positive aspect in your present life.
Embrace your present moments, help others, be happy, forgive, forget, enjoy life.
