Pretty Enough

All that matters Is a pretty face

A plastic society’s vulgar taste

Starve yourself till you are thin

Repeat this process over again

She craves perfection, that’s the goal

Crushed self-esteem of the everyday girl

Sometimes I wish I were a doll

Have a cute face, but no feelings at all

I wish I could just hide my face

This “beautiful” world is not my place

Why can’t our values come from within?

These hopeless girls, they’ll never win
