Oh Gentle Whisper
Your child weeps for his hope has died
His sky falls
An unheralded fate upon his shoulders
Inveigled by his desires
To sacrifice the little bit of freedom he has left

Oh Immanuel
Your son lies barely breathing
Suffocated by sin
He prays to deafened ears
His heart bleeds tainted blood

Oh Man of Sorrows
Your peace has gone from the world
And here lies the memories of yesterday
Tomorrow taken by fear
The road to paradise burned by a fallen star

Oh Crown of Beauty
Upon His head was the death of his body laid
Though his essence belongs to heaven
He still lives with doubt

Oh Majesty on High
May your left hand chastise the rebellion of his heart
And the music of heaven cause him to rejoice
At the glory of a rising sun
