Percieving the Silence

Silent tears

concealed by a pathetic façade.

Soundless suffering,

weeping.

A voiceless shrill

cloaked by false smiles.

Muted agony,

raw and searing.

A torturous solitude

veiled by the deceitful light.

Drowning in an eternal Labyrinth,

a frantic breath.

The poignant desire

to sleep just for a while.
