"Once upon a time, Oldina (Snow"

In a far, far away town lived a girl by the name of Oldina,

said to be the fairest one of the all,

for she had hair as black as olives, and skin as smooth as silk,

her eyes could tame the ruthless beasts, and charm the souls of any on looker.

But Oldina was no princess, far from

for she was cursed with poverty, and worst,

skin as dark as the sky in a total eclispe.

Oldina, though pretty and smart, was black and thus, deemed useless, to many.

Plagued with such injustice, she was set on a change.

"' I must get lighter, even if it kills me", she said to her mother

for in the mind of this beauty, she was but a beast.

Oldina, seeing nothing but color, hated herslef,

and her mother more than, for not helping her change.

So on one fair night as Oldina cursed the to the moon and stars for her apperance,

she was visited by an airy mist, that whispered to her,

through her grief strucken tears, saying

" Your beauty is blinding, to the kinds of man, but you see not what is infront of

you, but turn away to view what is not for you,

and so long as your beauty is blinding, may you remain blind, to your

binding beauty", and just as it came it vanished,

taking Oldina sight along with it. And so it remained till the end of time.

For her beauty was a bind that never lost time.
