New Word

The first time I made you my hope, my soul cried, Loved one! And from there, I have not let you go, you're the reason for all my passions. With the love to the desired child, I’ve waited for you so patiently, waiting my whole life. Without knowing your name, the lifeless desert in my heart began to bear fruit, and as the water of life, your smile. You were and are my passion and my best kept secret, with one look, love poems flowed from our eyes.  Only once did I have the pleasure of having you in front of me, face to face, and in your eyes, see all the stars in the universe I could. With much innocence were the few moments of our escapades, and even though from a cold & merciless society, never once did you despise me. My lover, best friend, or my wife you were in our previous life, because in this one, without being anything, we were everything, without ever kissing, we kissed, and without giving notice of our feelings for one another, we loved, arduously. All the love stories in this world cannot explain what we had, we were, even if we weren’t, and we are even if we aren’t. Ours was frustration without pain, it was the perhaps without the "why" of being in our predicament, it was a hidden love without paying the consequences for our sin. I keep talking about you, hoping you find your way to my heart, to keep you prisoner in my arms forever, the wait does not sadden me, what we will have when you come to me will be so beautiful that the word love, will have to be erased and your name, will replace it. In its definition our story will take its place.
