Navy Blue and Green

Tucked in and faded

Blue or green with a logo

Our daily polo

You have the option

Of navy blue or nothing

No skinny pants please

My school uniform

Who is orderly and neat

Can't represent me

Yes I'm a junior

Yes I do get A's and B's

Uniform agrees

It's deeper than that

There's a personality

Not that you would know

Beneath these strict clothes

I adore floral patterns

I loathe winter clothes

Chipped nails bother me

Rainy days make me sleepy

I enjoy cooking

I fear open stairs

My best friend lives in Dubai

I believe in God

But not religion

I think I'm in the matrix

Neo are you there?

I believe in me

I broke down crying one time

About future fears

Not that you would know

I am merely an image

Symbol of my school

Who cares for dreams?

I'm a cell in a body

Not a human being

I can't be human

There are fifteen hundred like me

I'm a clone you see

Navy blue and green

Shirt tucked in properly

Can you please see me?
