Amos 3:1-3 

Every Effect has its Cause

3 Listen, you Israelites, to this message which the Lord is proclaiming against you!

This message is for the entire clan I brought up from the land of Egypt: 

2 “I have chosen you alone from all the clans of the earth. Therefore I will punish you for all your sins.”
3 Do two walk together without having met?

 

 

Maybe ... What will be ... may be

 

Are not most all things preplanned somewhere?

Does decision-making have any results at all?

Are all things a part of a chain reaction’s sphere

as one event triggers another until all dominos fall?

 

From generation to generation are patterns set as such?

Does not character gets formed up to the fourth as written?

Do our flaws pass to our children not meaning all that much?

So that the boat we’re in is moved by the oars our fathers have given?

 

“Predestined” is hard to understand ... “Election” seems impossible

“Freedom of will” is mysterious and place of birth no choice

Maybe in the span of things we know this entire probable

If the Author of Creation keep speaking with one voice
