In my world
Yes, look at me.
It’s not all hugs and giggles or a candy sea
In my world,
There won’t be a rainbow or a pot of gold

I’m a bit more complex.
Let me show you a piece of my soul

Think of me as a Tornado,
With all the power and strength.
You won’t see the anger coming;
But you’ll know it when it’s me.

Hidden behind a veil.
Lost in shadow’s caress.
Standing on the side lines,
Watching everyone’s mess.

An instinctual lore.
Wisdom or folly?
When it comes to love,
Why waste my time
when there’s more I’m looking for.

Shed the tears,
Wail and cry.
But you won’t see a single drop from my eye

Don’t get me wrong,
I’m not cynical nor bitter.
But your lies and deceit won’t work with me.
I don’t like to carry around trash or litter.

If I have nothing to say
I won’t open my mouth
Learn to read my body language
And you wouldn’t want me to anyhow.

There are 7 deadly sins
Envy, greed
Lust, anger
Gluttony, sloth
And Vanity
All intriguing but not worth it in the end

In my world,
I know right from wrong.
While thoughts of the latter,
Dance all night long.

You won’t see the twinkle in my eye
Or what it means
I’ll always chose right
Or so it seems

Silky and smooth
Milk chocolate kisses
Hot Jacuzzi
On a cold winter’s night.

I don’t need you
But I need you to want me.

Understand my thoughts
And we could go a long way.
In my world,
I’m just a loner
Waiting for my day.

Passing the time
With thoughts of what could be
Maybe its you.
Maybe its me.
