This Love of Mine

I reached to the depths of your despair

While the pit of your pain revered as it leaked.

You crushed the very flower that still scented your skin

Tainting its petals, making it yours to keep.

You dripped in red,

As your fears still rised.

Darkness followed in the form of your shadow

As the request for my love needed to be apprised.

A mind of vexation

Yet, i'll come to you in a different night.

I have seeped into your hollowness with my fragrance

Brightening your insides into a clear quartz light.

Consume me in your deepest way

For the thought of our love has fought through the imperfects.

While we grow together as a delicacy of two red roses

Reborn as one, let this love surface.
