The Girl in the Looking-Glass

Don't hate the girl in the looking-glass

what has she done to you?

She's done nothing

but try to take care of you.

Don't pick apart her flaws

She made them up for you.

She pushes the hair

out of your face and hopes you'll like her again.

She picks you up

when you're broken, and hopes you'll survive again.

Don't hate the girl in the mirror

She's just learning how to love you.
