Why the fuck do we need money to help people with injuries or illnesses?

Why can't all of the countries around the world make an agrrement to make health care free?

No one sells anything to anyone; if someone in Mexico needs treatment for an illness but the hospital has to buy perscriptions or medical devices from Germany, they shouldn't.

Why the fuck for?

This is a human being we're talking about; it should be free.
