Elizabeth

When she smiles,

Her eyes half close in

Crescent moons,

The stars shine in them,

Plucked from every spot in the universe,

Just for her

She looks happy,

And I know she is

As I hold her close,

Feeling the air,

Her muscles and heart,

Pulling her closer,

Because we’re together

And we’ll never be apart.
