Dear, Me

Dear Me,

You’re doing fine

It’s all in your head

You’re good enough

You are you, and no one can change that

Calm down you’re in a safe place

It gets better, just give it time

You look fine

People don’t hate you

You’re not a mess

You’re not perfect, you don’t need to be

You’re succeeding

Breathe

Take a break sometimes

It’s okay to have good thoughts about yourself

Everything’s gonna work out

One day it will all be rainbows and unicorns

Positive will always cancels negative

People want to see you do good

You have a lot of support

You’re not alone

You’re smart enough

You are enough

It’s okay not to be okay

Life happens

Make the most of every moment

When in doubt, sing it out

You’re capable of anything

I, and others love you

Sincerely,

Me
