The Dance

The dance

I feel the vibrations in my soul

see you, my only matador

as you approach

with hair sleeked back

and eyes on fire

you lit my soul

the passion from within

in anticipation you make me wait

for the burning sensation

of your touch

but more than that

the fire you ignite

within my heart

you tease me

like the matador the bull

I long for you

and gladly would submit

but you prolong the agony

the only solace I do find

in the passion oozing

from your body hard

our hands entwine

and lift high

you turn me in figure-eight

then with the force of a volcano

you pull me against your heart

the passion in your eyes

a reflection of my own

consume me like a fire

but you still control

my every step

till totally in control

you have me make a perfect fall

as you hold me near the floor

and we dance

we danced the Paso doble!
