A CITIZEN

"Go back to your country" They say.

Everytime I complain.

They don't realize that this too is my country regardless of what they say.

I have the right to complain, regardless of what they say.

I have the right to peacefully protest, regardless of what they say.

I have the right to disagree, regardless of what they say.

"Go back on the boat you came from" They say.

Everytime I complain.

They don't realize that I never even been on a boat.

I actually came on a plane.

But that's too much for their brain.

They will never comprehend.

And I will never try to blend in.

America is a beautiful place, although an absurd price on education, and yes

I will continue to complain.

America, full of freedom of speech and religion they say, but

ofcourse with the consequences to deal with the ignorant who believe

America is great.
