Bound and oppressed

Bound

Acts 10:38

38 with respect to Jesus from Nazareth, that God anointed Him

with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went around doing good and healing

all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with Him.

Remember in all wars that most folks, who are killed,

did not know Jesus personally and their chances were cut short.

It is such with abortion … where the issue is not the babe

but a war the adults justify … through the millions they abort.

The babe goes to Heaven to the One, Who gave it Life

The adults oppressed by Satan … are seldom set free

They live the rest of their lives to justify their actions

While Satan enjoys the deception that rules within their creed

The helpless and the cripple, dragging self through life

Are possibly the ones … that Jesus carries all the way

All they need is trust Him … for complete deliverance

While others in their limousines parted early from His Way

Fit in body, fit in mind ...  well-developed frames

Temples for the taking … in which God wills not to rule

In every race and every kind … gathered in the morning

Laws set without thinking … in priorities for the fools

God came to set us free from the bondage of Satan

He had power over death, so “death where is thy sting?”

Sickness is the step before death at times instigated

But only through a permissive God can Satan’s power swing

A major question lingers. Can God only let us have

the things that we desire in the cravings of our heart?

It seems a contradiction of the reality now appearing

for all of us desire health and that is some major start.
