The Bloody Scar

An indifferent, icy machine churning out
masticated bones..ruptured hearts...tarnished souls.. weeping blood
The red of the red white and blue carries a burden of blood
Unity breaks equality
The men in the suits and lavish offices proclaim it as our duty
Our duty.. to have our words chained behind metal bars?
Our duty.. to take a human life in exchange for.....what?
Our duty.. to have our instincts and common sense stolen?
America, it is the constitutional right of KKK members to continue to inspire racism, but men cannot reveal our conversations, emotions, our lives molested by an organization in the name of censorship
Murder is alright on the vast expanses of foreign land
The man across from the trigger..
has loved, is loved
A bullet through one human heart leaves wounds in hundreds more.
War takes more than a death toll.
The blood will continue to coat our nation's fields of amber waves until we deny the ignorance and see
the human behind every machine
