Because You Love Me, I Love You

Tue, 11/07/2017 - 22:28 -- Chyann

You accept me for all of my faults

You don’t judge me for my past mistakes

And you help me up when I stumble and fall

Because you stay with me, I love you.

You choose to accept me for the true me

You understand me and my decisions

And you don’t try and change me

Because you accept me, I love you.

You are willing to meet me halfway

You don’t expect me to do everything

And you don’t expect me to always pay

Because you treat me fairly, I love you.

Your eyes don’t follow around other strangers

You have my trust in that you’d never fool around with another

And you make me feel our relationship is out of danger

Because you are loyal, I love you.

You buy me gifts even when you don’t have much money

You make sweet gestures and remember all my little, insignificant quirks

And you always no matter what treat me with respect, honey

Because you show me that you love me, I love you.
