Because I Love You

Because I love you, I drive myself insane.

The world, once black and white, suddenly grey.

They wonder why suddenly my inhabitions have been changed, new

but see, the world is different, because I love you

Love is not a fairy tale of another perfect day,

it is broken and tormented in a beautiful way.

It is a safety, and a home, of a heart that beats true,

home I now see, because I love you.

You are beautiful in a way I never thought I could see.

You're beautiful such as the world full of reds, greens, and blues.

You're a beauty in a way, strange and unique.

You're beautiful, so beautiful, because I love you.

Everything is different from the day we first met

no longer must I hang to an unlit cigarrette.

Suddenly the world is strange and new,

Everything is different, because I love you.
