All I Need

The sweetest of rhymes cannot describe

This person that all of us require.

The second half to us, I derive,

Who's emotions speak like a fire.

She does entangle our thoughts and mind,

Destroying our hateful sentiment.

If not for her, we would all be blind,

Blind from witnessing the benefit

Of a kind word to our fellow man.

Who is this woman I so fondly speak?

Whose origins are when time began.

Within your heart you shall have a peak

Of what all persons in life require,

The best thing that all men can desire.

What is needed most in my short life

Is the presence of Love and not strife.
